One of Grounded’s many fans is CEO of Microsoft Gaming Phil Spencer, otherwise known as P3 on Xbox Live. With the full release fast approaching, Phil sat down with Game Director Adam Brennecke and shared his personal thoughts on the game, his favorite elements, its evolution, the invaluable feedback from the community, and what new content players can expect upon the game’s 1.0 launch on September 27. We’re talking a complete story mode, a huge new upper yard area, new enemies, and much more! You can watch the whole conversation below or by clicking here.

For those wondering how the teens got to the backyard, whose yard they’re even in, and most importantly if they’ll manage to go big and go home, Grounded’s 1.0 release will answer all these questions and more.

Groundedwill enter its full release on September 27, 2022, for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10/11 PC, and Steam for $39.99. It will also be available with Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, and Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.
