CPU-Z with official support for Ryzen 7000
A day after the announcement of AMD’s new desktop Zen4 architecture, the CPU-Z software gets official support for the new series.
The 2.02 update is a major update for AMD platform because not only it includes Raphael but also RDNA2 GPU refresh syooirt which is now a few months old. However, for Ryzen 7000 series this means support for all four new models, upcoming X670 and B650 motherboard series as well as AMD’s own EXPO technology for DDR5 overclocking profiles.
What is somewhat interesting is that the CPU-Z update also mentions unreleased models, although not in the official changelog, but in the included files (as spotted by @momomo_us):

CPU-Z 2.02 changelog
- AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, Ryzen 9 7900X, Ryzen 7 7700X, Ryzen 5 7600X.
- AMD X670E/B650 chipsets.
- AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT (Navi 21 KXTX), RX 6750 XT (Navi 22 KXT), RX 6650 XT (Navi 23 KXT) and RX 6400 (Navi 24 XL).
- Preliminary support of AMD EXPO memory overclocking profiles.
- Intel Z790 platform.
- Intel Xeon Platinum, Gold and Silver “Ice Lake-SP” (10nm, FCLGA4189).
It is worth noting that the CPU-Z benchmark has shown the lowest IPC uplift from all software tested by AMD, with only 1% for single thread. The IPC geometric mean was measured with Ryzen 7 7700X 8-core CPU on AMD reference platform with DDR5-6000 memory. Although this CPU is included into 2.02 update, it is unclear if this update provides any performance benefit for AMD Ryzen 7000 series.
