While I will always argue that a game being delayed is a good thing, it is so disappointing to hear that Sons of the Forest has been delayed yet again! Endnight Games made the tough decision and announced it on their Twitter. Gratefully, they did give an official release date, a price tag, and a short snippet of gameplay to check out all in one go. Here’s the post they made:
Hey Everyone,Due to the scope of our new game Sons Of The Forest, it has been hard to pinpoint an exact release date, and today we have to delay one last time.

So, at least the delay is for the most acceptable reason there is. Wanting to polish their game and make sure it is in the best condition before release is something that the gaming community should always appreciate. Is it still a bummer? Of course! Many players are still out there playing The Forest because the game is a grand experience and one that sandbox survival and horror fans alike will always enjoy.
While we will continue to wait for Sons of the Forest, it is nice to know it will be released on February 23, 2023, and it will be given the $29.99 USD price tag. Those clarifying factors definitely are good to know. Now we just need to learn about all the platforms, but at least for now, they have their Steam page up for PC players to get this one on their wishlist.
