how to, how to get ammo in destroy all humans! 2 – reprobed

The best thing about Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed is causing mayhem with your range of outlandish weapons. And so it’s no fun when you run out of ammo.

While you can upgrade your weapons in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed to increase their ammo capacity, chances are you’ll still run out of ammo eventually. And so to keep using your favourite weapons and overcome the most fearsome of foes, you’re going to want to know how to get more. So, how do you get more ammo in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed? The answer is by transmogrifying items.

The numerous locations you explore in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed are filled with items that seem useless to you. Things like crates, pallets, barbecues; sure you can pick them up with your mind and throw them at enemies if you wish, but they’re also valuable sources of ammunition.

To get ammo in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed, simply point your crosshairs at such an object and then press the transmogrify button, which is Square if you’re playing with a PlayStation controller and X if playing with an Xbox controller. The item will then be turned into a random assortment of ammo. If you keep tapping the button the transmogrification process will be speeded up, too.

It’s not the best system, admittedly, as sometimes it’s hard to know if anything nearby can be transmogrified into ammo or not. We should note, though, that some weapons can be upgraded to also sometimes transmogrify objects or enemies caught in their blast, giving you ammo while you’re attacking. And remember that some weapons, such as the basic Zap-O-Matic don’t require ammo, just your patience.

If you’re wondering how you get ammo when in your flying saucer, it’s the same process. It is, however, a little bit harder to spot items you can transmogrify when you’re so high up. You might just want to tap the transmogrify button and hope for the best if you’re desperate for ammo.
