With tens of missions to complete across five expansive environments, chances are you’re not going to complete Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed in one sitting.
Originally released on PlayStation 2 and Xbox way back in 2006, they way you save your game in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed is perhaps one of its most table differences. A lot has changed in the world of gaming since 2006, after all. So, how do your save your game in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed in order to quit the game and resume your progress at a later date?
The answer is: you do nothing! Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed forces you to rely on its autosave system to save your progress, meaning you have little to no control over the process at all. As usual, it appears your progress is automatically saved at the end of each mission, as well as well you perform an action such as picking up a collectible. It means you should never lose any meaningful progress should you turn the game off or suffer something like a power cut, but those who like to manually save their game may be annoyed.
Still, to make sure you don’t lose any progress while playing, it’s a good idea to pause the game and select “Return to Main Menu” before turning the game off. You’re also best quitting the game when you’re not in the middle a mission. For the most part though, the autosave system shouldn’t cause any problems.
