android, mobile legends: bang bang talent system re-released in beta patch 1.7.06

Beta Patch 1.7.06 Twitter/@MobileLegendsOL

Moonton Studios has launched a new update for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang that is now available on the advanced server. Beta Patch 1.7.06 has re-introduced the talent system, but with some of the talents removed.

According to Moonton, the previous iteration of the talent system was redundant, resulting in some players having a hard time settling down on a specific combination of talents.

In Beta Patch 1.7.06, only the most indispensable talents remain, which effectively cut down the total number to just 24 (from 38). The main goal of this change is to help players know the roles of the remaining talents so that they can craft the best possible combination that works for them. The ones that were removed may gradually find their way back in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in the future.

Here’s a rundown of all of the removed talents:

Regular Attribute Talents

  • Fatal Snare
  • Master Assassin
  • Arcane Furor
  • Immortal Fury

Regular Skill Talents

  • Warrior Lineage
  • Giant Slayer
  • Vampiric Touch
  • Essence Reaper
  • Spell Master
  • Wilderness Blessing
  • [ADDED] Speedy Recovery

Core Talents

  • Crit Chance and Damage
  • Spell Vamp
  • Cooldown Reduction and Penetration
  • [CHANGED] Attack Speed to Attack Speed and Crit Chance

The price for activating regular talents is now set at 800 Talent Essence. Players are granted 200 free uses upon activation, which means that overall, they will need less than 20,000 to acquire all talents. Additionally, a new button can be found on the main talent screen that allows players to purchase all talents with one tap, provided that they have enough Talent Essence.

Beta Patch 1.7.06 applies balancing adjustments to certain heroes as well. Some of them can be found below:
