Sony revealed the upcoming titles coming to the PlayStation Plus September 2022 catalog, and there’s a huge plethora of titles coming to both the Game Catalog and Classics Catalog. As usual, there are also three free games available to nab at Premium, Extra, and Essential tiers: two for PlayStation 4 and one for PlayStation 5. PlayStation Plus September 2022 Free Games
(Available September 6 to October 3)
Need for Speed Heat (PS4) – The latest title from the Need for Speed series sees racers across the world converge in Palm City, a locale known for hosting fast cars and faster competitions. During the day, you compete in sanctioned races to customize and upgrade your cars; at night, you participate in illicit street races to build your reputation and get access to bigger races and better parts. Need for Speed Heat is also available on Xbox and PC.
Granblue Fantasy: Versus (PS4) – Based on the popular mobile RPG video game by Cygames, Granblue Fantasy: Versus is developed by fighting game maestro Arc System Works and features 12 base and 13 DLC characters. The game also features a unique RPG mode that introduces side-scrolling beat ‘em up action RPG mechanics. Granblue Fantasy: Versus is also available on PC via Steam.
Toem (PS5) – Embark on a unique adventure and use your photographic eye to uncover the many magical mysteries in this hand-drawn, black-and-white adventure game. Along the way, you can use your photographic eye to also help out various people with their problems, all while listening to chill beats and taking in cute, soulful graphics. Toem is also available on PC via Steam.
