something cool: oakywood's 2-in-1 headphones stand and wireless charger is the best desk buddy

Sample Provided by Oakywood

Something I’ve sorely needed up until this point was a really cool headphone/headset stand for my desk. I’d been using Command hooks and such for the last few years, and while they certainly keep my headsets off of the desk, they don’t really keep my headsets from smacking the wall every time I place them. Luckily, Oakywood was nice enough to send me over one of their 2-in-1 Headphones Stand & Wireless Charger, and all I have to say is, wow.

Selling its brand to consumers with an Earth-friendly mission, Oakywood donates 1 tree for every one of its eco-friendly products sold. Going further with that eco-conscious idea, this headphone stand is handcrafted in Poland and comes in either a solid Walnut or Oak wood. When I started getting this stand-out of the box I was instantly surprised by just how great it looks in person. The Walnut color is vibrant and rich, giving a pleasingly premium aesthetic.

Though Earthy at the bottom, the piece that holds it all together is made of solid stainless steel, allowing for your headphones to stay in place without the worry that they’ll come crashing down. In its overall look, there’s a great balance between the natural wood with its geometric shape and the steel, creating this modern yet rustic look. It’s the perfect focal point for any desk.

Getting into the features and whatnot, this 2-in-1 stand not only holds your headphones but can also charge any QI-enabled devices such as phones, earbuds, power banks, and even a small tablet. It charges up to 15W so you can be sure that it won’t overpower your devices. Charging a device whether it’s bare or protected is fantastic too as I never had an issue losing connection with my TPU case at all.

Overall, I’m really enjoying this stand not only for its practicality but for its design. It’s an extremely unique piece, one that you won’t find anywhere else. I also love the durability aspect because it really shows the level of care and detail that went into crafting this. It’s also nice and heavy though doesn’t weigh a ton, meaning, I won’t have to worry about anything going for a tumble. An additional plus is that it uses a removable USB Type-C cable so that if it has to be replaced, there would be no issues.

Oakywood’s 2-in-1 Headphones Stand & Wireless Charger is available on its site for $109.00. Be sure to check out its other handcrafted products as well!
