Crushing the competition

This weekend, Splatoon 3 really made a splash. Splatfest World Premiere gave us the game’s first Splatfest and allowed players across the globe the chance to try out a couple of new weapons and maps, as well as the new Tricolor Turf War mode.
The new Splatfests saw three teams — Rock, Paper, and Scissors — compete for total Splatoon domination, and Team Rock was announced as the victors in Europe, North America, and Japan.
The Splatfest World Premiere results are in and #TeamRock has crushed it! Congrats to the winners!
A big thanks to everyone for participating, and we’ll see you in Splatsville when #Splatoon3 launches on 9/9! pic.twitter.com/NorOFbhYDk— Nintendo of America (@NintendoAmerica) August 28, 2022
Team Paper came in second, while Team Scissors — who was leading at the halfway point — came in third.
Were you on Team Rock? Or are you disappointed Team Scissors came last? Let us know!
