Despite a lukewarm critical reception (though we liked it), Saints Row has surged to the top of the UK’s physical games chart for a number one debut. It dethrones Horizon Forbidden West, which has been in the top spot for several weeks running. Deep Silver’s bonkers open world title sells just over half of its copies on PS5, with 55 per cent of boxed sales attributed to Sony’s current-gen platform.
Elsewhere, Nintendo dominates the middle of the top 10, but we see some more PlayStation titles further down. Gran Turismo 7, sixth last week, moves into eighth, GTA 5 moves down to ninth, and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga rounds things out in 10th. Atlus’ Soul Hackers 2 debuts just below this in 11th.
